PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

This product is made of organic ingredients. No preservatives,


No chemicals or other ingredients that made or process.
Fruit shake is made of fresh fruits from the farm. It contains
more vitamins.
Tea is also made of organics, no other ingredients added that
has preservatives or chemical ingredients.

MARKET SITUATIONS

As we having 2 types of product, We found out that there is


one of our competitors that selling a product the same of our
first product which is fruit shake. About our second product
which is tea, We don’t have to worry about it because we don’t
have competitors that can compete with us. Base on our
business survey where our stall located. In addition about the
shake vendor competitor, I think they can’t be able to meet the
need of the target customer as they are not selling whole day.
It is because our competitor’s open time is 4pm to 10pm. In
that case, out of 100% there will be a 60-70% unmet target
market. Also their product is not that pretty good like ours to
the reason that some of their ingredients is not fresh and
organic. For more info, our business is only used of organic
ingredients which is fresh and no preservatives added. Our
product is very good for someone that carrying some illness,
sickness or diseases. It is also good for dietary life changing.

As we know that our product is good for everyone or someone


that wants to have a good and healthy life to live life longer. In
this case, many individuals wanted to avail our product, mostly
those who are health conscious or those who maintain their
healthy life.
TARGET MARKET

Our business is offering a healthy lifestyle. We targeting all


individuals that would like to live their life longer. Most likely
our target market are those health conscious individuals,
doctors that are carrying illness. Especially, to those who want
to have a good body figure. As the reason that our product is
healthy and very good to everyone’s health, we decided to
locate the area of our business at the centennial road of alegria
where individuals comes there to do some outdor activities that
can benefit to their health. Examples of this outdoor activities
are jogging, cycling and Zumba. It maybe possible that 200
target market can raise our business in a day. As for not less
than 300 individuals will come over there.

For the reason that we evaluate the pricing and total of
the costumer who avail our product, we found out that it
could raise our business after 3 years. In the way that 20-
50 individuals will increase in demand of target market
every year as of our product could be helpful to all
citizens for its organic and fresh ingredients.
Our product will be change of 10 for the tea and 20 for
the shake. I get the price depend on the ingredients
added. As a business manager, I will charge the price
depends on the situation of the product ingredient cost.
Also, we made our price of shake at 20 pesos lower than
the price of our competitors.

In our case, we sell our product in cash as our product is


not too expensive. In other word, the price of our
product is budget friendly. Also it is just a stall, no credit
offered or allowed.
