As we having 2 types of product, We found out that there is
one of our competitors that selling a product the same of our first product which is fruit shake. About our second product which is tea, We don’t have to worry about it because we don’t have competitors that can compete with us. Base on our business survey where our stall located. In addition about the shake vendor competitor, I think they can’t be able to meet the need of the target customer as they are not selling whole day. It is because our competitor’s open time is 4pm to 10pm. In that case, out of 100% there will be a 60-70% unmet target market. Also their product is not that pretty good like ours to the reason that some of their ingredients is not fresh and organic. For more info, our business is only used of organic ingredients which is fresh and no preservatives added. Our product is very good for someone that carrying some illness, sickness or diseases. It is also good for dietary life changing.
As we know that our product is good for everyone or someone
that wants to have a good and healthy life to live life longer. In this case, many individuals wanted to avail our product, mostly those who are health conscious or those who maintain their healthy life. TARGET MARKET

In our case, we sell our product in cash as our product is
