Sub: - Attending of meeting regarding; Y20 2023 Draft Concept Note and Draft

MoU with Universities.

Ref:- Communication received from Secretary (Youth Affairs) Department of
Youth Affairs, Government of India No. D.O.No. 3-4/2022-IC dated
December 14 ,2022 addressed to Vice-Chancellor University of Kashmir.

The Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India are going to organize
seminars from January 2023 onwards in different parts of the country and the objective
of these events is stakeholder consultation on the themes identified for the Y20. In order
to discuss the matter, a meeting is to be held in hybrid mode scheduled on 21 st
December 2022 at 2:30 Pm at Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Directorate of NSS,
Ground Floor, Annexe Building Shivaji Stadium, Shaheed bhagat Singh Marg, New
Delhi 110001. Further there are some issues related to Printing Section and undersigned
will also attend the same during the above scheduled meeting.

In light of the above, Deputation of undersigned for a period of 04 days w.e.f 20th
December , 2022 may kindly be authorized. The expenditure as per actual on this
account shall be debited to Budget Head “Gen-Admn. B.O.C.-TA/DA of
officers/officials/administrative Staff”.
