2) fix a drywall crack , taped , floted , textured and painted

3) re attach gutter down spout

4) replace roof shingles on rear left side

5) fix lead roof vent pipe

6) extended out roof flashing on the bay window roof

7) re screw roof turbine and sealed

8) put new screen vents where needed

9) re place rotten facia board

10 ) fix front door jam

11) fix back door and jam

12) re place plastic strips

13) seal with silicone the electrical brackets box

14 ) re seal a/c freon pipe with pipe insulation

15) put new a/c filter

16)hang a/c ducts

17)re seal with a/c sealer

18) install new toilet

19) fix water heater pan

20) new vents covers

All this items is completely done and paid
