I. INTRODUCTORY CONCEPT:

Sandwiches refer to a food item made with two or more slices of bread with fillings
between them. A widely popular and convenient lunchtime food, it is quickly made and served
and adaptable to many variations that satisfy nearly every taste and nutrition requirement. In
this learning activity sheet, you will learn about the different sandwich components that are
vital in preparing delicious sandwiches.
