WHAT IS BUSINESS MODEL?


A business model is a framework for finding a systematic way to
unblock long term value for an organisation while delivery value to
customer and capturing value through monetization strategies. A
business model is a holistic framework to understand, designer test
your business assumption in the market place.

Creation out of waste is an endeavour born out of an a to change the
face of a priceless natural surroundings, culture, heritage for the better.

• OUR VISSION
UPCYCLING waste to conserve the environment, unable rural
livelihoods and create aware citizens of this planet.

• WHAT WE DO
Our focus is on resolving the issue of waste management, especially
that of the non biodegradable and difficult to recycle waste plastic. Are
initiative is to employed tribal womens and youth, to enable craft based
livelihood for them.

• Supplier- a person, company organisation that
cells something as goods per equipment.
1. Household women – they will collect the plastic waste and
sends in exchange we will give them are products as gift.
2. Dumping yards –they will segregate the plastic waste and
give it to us in exchange we will pay them for per plastic
rappers.
3. Municipal Corporation – they will separate the plastic waste
which is useful for us and give us in the name of social help.
• Manufacturer- a person or a company that makes
goods for sale
We our self our the manufacturer of the product
• Advisor- a person who gives advice in a particular
field.

managing business.)

the sales and how to handle accounts.)

the design of product)

ideas and help in implementing them)
5. Komal chauhan- fashion designer and merchandiser ( can
give advice about design, colour combinations, etc and
can help in creating market.)
KEY ACTIVITIES
• Making fashion – making fashion products out of plastic waste
are concept is to collect the waste plastic bags and rappers so that
we can make a handbag output of that plastic waste.
• Reusing plastic – we reuse the plastic waste to make handbag out
of it which one will like to carry because it will look attractive and
is sustainable.
• providing livelihood to tribal women-true or business we are also
providing livelihood earning opportunities to tribal women as they
get paid for collecting plastic waste, cleaning it and then sewing it
to create a trendy attractive and eye Catchy hand bag.
• Making living sustainable – we are reusing the waste plastic
wrappers to make handbags which we can use in our daily life.

Value Proposition
• Saving environment - as we are collecting waste plastic rappers
from our surroundings so it is not causing soil pollution water
pollution and animal will not eat it.
• Making sustainable - as our products is made up of plastic so it is
durable and waterproof it will not get damage easily and fastly so
it can be used for long time and it is also saving our environment.
• Plastic can be used better way – people usually throw the plastic
waste into the dustbin or here and there but we will collect it and
make something useful out of it. we will make a handbag out of it
which is a fashion product so that plastic waste can be used in a
better way
• Value for money -providing a durable and attractive handbag in
lesser price than the other branded handbag.

• Discount- we will provide them some discount time to time so
that we can make their interest stable in a product.
• No extra charge for gift wrapping and greeting cards if someone
is willing to give a product then we will provide them gift
wrapping and greeting card facility free and want as them for
extra charges for the same.
• Interaction – wishes that to a customer regularly on special
occasions and their birthdays we will time to time inform them
about the offers on a products so that they doesn’t stop
shopping from us.
• Excellent quality -will always serve our customers with the best
quality product throughout. we will never give them any chance
to complain about the quality of our product and we will always
try to get their positive feedbacks.
• On time delivery -many brands who lacks to deliver their
products on time but we will not let this happen we will try or
best to give a customer on time delivery so that they always
order from us only.

Example-conduct interviews of customers to determine

propensities to take specific actions.
Example- to identify which customer will search, like, click and
buy what type of product.

• product sale- selling products we are earning money
• With other players we would be collaborating with Amazon and
Flipkart to push our sales.
• Rentals-we will be renting our products at places like water park
and the area covered with snow where tourists come to visit as
our product is made up of plastic waste and plastic is
waterproof.
