The company logo shows a planet with a footstep inside. This portrays the
group's footsteps; it represents that this is the start of changing the world
for them through entrepreneurship. while their tagline, "One Step at a
Time," is at the bottom. One step at a time serves as a reminder to them to
step forward a step at a time, little by little, with no pressure. The company
name at the top says "STEPRENEURS" instead of "STEM entrepreneurs."
They changed it to "step" to give justice to their goal: to change the world
through entrepreneurship and to take one step at a time.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
CHAPTER 1
INTRODUCTION

Customizable Totes is one of a brand-new, cutting-edge group of products


being sold on the market today that contribute to protecting our environment. Our
business, Stepreneurs, aims to offer the general public a product that allows
them to select the tote design they desire from a variety of options. Customizable
totes may be our company’s first product, but we are convinced that all of our
planning and threat mitigation will pay off when our product is a success. We are
confident that the accessory we chose would sell readily because millennials are
our target demographic and they are easily hooked on trends that occasionally
change. In response to the current environmental concerns, we created this
product. By the conclusion of this business plan, we hope to have generated
interest in our product and raised awareness of the difficulties and concerns
affecting the Earth and our local community. Of course, like every business
person, we also want to prosper financially and through raising awareness of the
environmental problems we are currently confronting.

HISTORICAL BACKGROUND

This task was given to us by the end of October and the Start of
November this year which also is the time we’ve chosen as a company
what our product would be. In regards to the environmental issues our
country currently faces and the trend that’s been going on nowadays we’ve
decided to choose the product that would not only solve one of the
problems we have to our Environment but also a product that would sell
instantly and a product that would be suitable for all ages.

TARGET MARKET SELECTION

Our product's target market is the students who are teenagers, because it
is now more popular with them and many people buy this type of bag;
additionally, with the return of face-to-face classes, this product can be sold
quickly to students, particularly those in need; aside from being able to
afford our product, it will also help them to go to school more easily with
their belongings. Due to the fact that they are simpler to use and more
pleasant to wear or carry, tote bags are also in high demand. Since we, as
students, also saw its current popularity, we didn't pass up the chance to
offer tote bags. Students enjoy attractive items as well, and our product will
definitely fit their clothing. This will assist the students in avoiding the use of
plastics for their belongings. The product that we are selling can be afford
by the students since it is inexpensive, due to the fact that it is made of
recycled materials. As more of our recycled tote bags are created, the more
our product helps, not only the students but also the environment.

BUSINESS GOALS

Mission

Our mission is to solve the problems of our fellow students. To help them
be more comfortable in carrying items and not put them all in one bag. And
to help them bring out the creativeness to themselves and have a go on our
product. Our mission is to make our product versatile and look good while
making it last and create memories together with it.

Vision

Our vision is to expand our company to many places where there are more
creative people that are also in the need of our product. To expand and to
innovate, to design and to create, to help and to inspire our fellow students.

Objectives

Our company's main objective is to give satisfaction through our product's


durability and accessibility to everybody, our affordable pricing, and the
help we'll provide in lessening wastes that causes harm to our environment.
Although we face issues such as how we'll market our product to a
generation where almost everything already is provided to almost
everyone, we'll solve this issue by having affordable yet long lasting
products that we are confident in. And lastly one of our company's main
goals in helping the environment is to lessen any type of waste that'll harm
the environment, may it be through the process our raw materials would
undergo or the raw materials that our company would use. And the most
Important goal that our company has set is to open the eyes of the masses
to the environmental issues our planet is currently facing and for us to do
something about it.
CHAPTER 5
PRODUCT ANALYSIS

A. PRICE ANALYSIS

The suitable price for our product is 150-250 pesos depending on


what size you are getting. Since the majority is around 100-300 pesos.The
price range of 150-250 pesos is appropriate for our product because we
ensure that our tote bags are distinctive and unusual. In view of the fact
that there are more affordable tote bags than our product, by creating
innovative designs and using recycled materials to make a sturdy tote bag,
we can assure them and believe in our product's durability. They can even
suggest a design for their tote bag. We can create or modify something
based on the desires of the customer or user. Unlike to others, some tote
bags already have a pattern on them. A lesser price if it is a small tote bag
and a greater price if it is larger but will not exceed 300. We choose this
pricing because it is difficult to create the patterns suggested by the buyers.
Designing the tote bag will take time and effort.

B. SALES ANALYSIS

Expected Quantity 120 pcs (a month)


Selling price: ₱ 250 (per piece)

Estimate sales: ₱ 30,000


Product Costing: ₱ 25,000

Estimated Profit: ₱ 5,000

Conclusion:
This sales analysis is based on the results of our survey, we estimated the
products' quantity (120 pcs) in a month base on our respondents. Our
selling price would be 250 pesos, we include factors such, fabric, worker's
wages, sewing tools, etc. (View Product costing for details)
Thus, our Estimated sales is (30,000) a month.
The Product costing is 25,000 per month.
Therefore, our Estimated Profit would be 5,000 pesos. We think this is
enough for our product, as a partnership company, it is enough for a
month, despite the hardships and sacrifices, we aim to give the best quality
totes for our customers.

Since our target market are teens, we've come up to a reasonable


and affordable price. For its quality and durability, the price is really low.
Thus, we want to keep our company's aim, to give a quality product at a
low cost

Our venue is located in Front of Arellano University, Andres Bonifacio


Campus, Because our Target Market are teen , We can Provide good
product and affordable price to the teen.
D. Promotion

Since our tote bags target are the students who are teenagers, we
use marketing channel to advance our product, with the goal of reaching as
many consumers as possible. We will begin in friendly advertisement,
social ads, because of the fact that many young people spend their time on
social media.

F. Packaging

- The Packaging to our Product is Made of Paper, Because Paper is


far more Biodegradable than plastic and very easily Recycled. And
one advantage of paper is that it decomposes much more quickly
than plastic, and therefore it less likely to be a source of litter and
pose a risk to wildlife.
G. Positioning

- Our Customizing Tote Bag are Good quality, durable , save


money, Fashionable. and Our first concern ways to use a
material that would definitely replace plastic or any other kind of
synthetic material.

ORGANIZATIONAL CHART
COMPANIES POLICY

1. Equal Opportunity Policy

- Every employee has the right and opportunity to speak/ respect one
another at work to avoid discrimination, harassment, and violence.

2. Employee Face Mask Policy (During COVID-19)

- All employees must wear face mask at workplace to protect one


another from the virus. In addition, employees are required to have
their COVID-19 vaccines.

3. Attendance, vacation and time-off policies.

- Employees are expected to be on time and regular in attendance.


Otherwise, when requesting a day off or vacation, leave a message 2
days before the prior date.

4. Employee disciplinary action policy

- All employees will be given a 15-minute grace period after the start of
your shift before you will be considered tardy. After 5 tardy slips, the
employee will receive a disciplinary action.

5. No Drug, Alcohol, cigarettes during work hours

- Employees must be presentable at all times, otherwise they will


receive a disciplinary action.
