VAT according to the legal amount

The prices are calculated per person/per night. The monthly payment is determined as a multiple of
the price per person/night and the number of days in the given month.
The local accommodation fee for accommodation of persons in accommodation facilities may be
added to the price of accommodation according to the valid legal regulations.

Methods of payment for accommodation (including services):

1) Payment by collection: An authorisation for payment by collection has to be signed at your bank
and delivered to the headmaster of the dormitory where you are accommodated. The limit
should be set to a minimum of 8.000,00 CZK, with unlimited validity.
2) Direct transfer: You will have to make a direct transfer to the account of CULS (Account No.
500022222/0800). Indicate the variable symbol (VS) 817501 for the identification of the
payment. As your specific symbol (SS) indicate your student identification number (UIN)(UIČ).
For international payments use following bank data of CULS:

3) Payment by debit/credit card or cash: At the university cash desk at the Library; open Mon – Fri,
8:00 – 12:00 and 13:00 – 15:00.

Accommodation deposit
The accommodation deposit 7 000,-
The accommodation deposit VIP 20 000,-

The accommodation deposit is paid before the start of the accommodation and is
refundable upon check-out. It is used to pay any debts, damages or additional cleaning.

Electric appliances (blanket price a month, including VAT 21% in CZK)

Computer, laptop, tablet and similar mains powered devices 62,-

There is no charge for the use of your own appliances (in particular a hair dryer, a curling
iron, a razor, mobile chargers, pocket players, alarm clocks, clock radios, etc.)
It is forbidden to use other appliances not listed here.

The accommodated person is obliged to comply with the measures of the Ministry of
Health.
All persons accommodated in KaM CZU dormitories have to wear a respiratory protection
covering their nose and mouth in the common areas of the dormitories and further
observe increased hygiene.

Violation of these rules will result in a warning to the student. In case of repeated violation,
student may be excluded from the accommodation.
