2. EXCLUSIONS:

ii) Fitting & installation, TTR testing charges at your site will be extra.
iii) Travelling, Logging, and Boarding at site for 2 persons will be charged extra.
iv) All Civil works, electric items, cables and starter shall be in client’s scope.

5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. PAYMENT: - 60% payment advance along with P.O., & 40% payment against Performa
Invoice. Prices are quoted at ex-factory at Thane, Maharashtra.
2. EXTRA CHARGES: Packing, Loading, unloading, transport, Toll should be paid by you.
Fitting & installation charges at your site will be extra.
Travelling, Logging, and Boarding at site for 2 persons will be charged extra.
3. TAXES: - GST 18% Extra as per Govt. Rules.
4. VALIDITY: - Offer valid for 15 days from the date.
