no personal properties are involved in this Extrajudicial Settlementof Estate with Deed of Absolute Sale,
and that to the best of our knowledge andinformation of the parties hereto the said deceased left no
debts;

pursuant to Rule 74, Sec. 1 of the Revised Rules of Court of thePhilippines, and being with full capacity
to contract, we do hereby adjudicate untoourselves the parcel of land described above, in equal shares.

Currency, the receipt whereof is herebyacknowledged in full sum from
