    We all know that paper waste is a major environmental issue. As part of our commitment to
    sustainability and environmental preservation, we urge employees to eliminate paper waste in their
    respective departments. Please minimize your printing and utilize paper responsibly.

    Take into consideration if a hard copy is required or not before printing. To reduce paper use, we advise
    staff to use email or online collaboration tools. We appreciate your efforts to reduce our carbon
    footprint. Everyone on staff is asked to use less paper. I appreciate your support.
