AFFIDAVIT

I, LIZA LEDEROS HOGSTAD, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and

postal address at Unit 1408 Crown Tower, P. Tolentino St., Sampaloc, Manila,
subscribing under oath, hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the petitioner in the petition for retention and/or reacquisition of

the Philippine citizenship under Republic Act No. 9225;

2. I am a former-natural born Philippine citizen, born on December 5, 1970 at

Paranaque, Metro Manila to parents Bernardino Lederos and Fortuna B.
Lederos who were both Filipino citizens at the time I was born;

3. I lost my Philippine citizenship when I became a citizen of of Norway on

January 13, 2009 by naturalization. Consequently, I was issued a Certificate
of Naturalization by the Norwegian government. Since then, I became a
holder of Norwegian passport which is presently bearing No. 26986929.

4. Said Certificate of Naturalization is kept in the safety deposit box in my

house in Norway. Knowing that it is a very important document, I did not
bring it with me in my travel to the Philippines for fear that I might lose or
misplace it;

5. I executed this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing under pain of
perjury and for any legal purpose this may serve.
