• Prepare detail design calculations, thermal design reports,
P&IDs, sizing calculations and datasheets for both FEED and
detail engineering phase for both gulf and Pakistan Business
areas of Manufacturing.
• Detailed thermal designing of shell and tube heat
exchangers, kettle type reboiler, air-coolers, 2-phase and 3-
phase separators as per codes and standards (ASME, API, EN
etc.)
• Technical vetting and preparation of detailed design
specifications of pumps, control valves, chemical dosing
system, orifices, mechanical valves, level gauge, pressure
safety valves and pressure regulating valves based on
design calculations and contractual requirement.
• Plant layout plan preparation, pipe sizing, reviewing of
piping isometrics and piping layout plan.

WORK EXPERIENCE
