cash incentive program, employees will gain cash incentive in every good idea they will come up not just
ideas in the product, but also innovative ideas how to deliver it to the customers or how to advertise to the
people so that many people will recognize our product.

In this way we will have high innovation, productivity and build competitiveness in the company this is
good for the company, we will have more patents because we will have a more innovative product this
will also increase the company value.
