It's time for a change!

We are currently in a very critical situation in relation to the conditions of our planet
earth, the temperature of the planet cannot exceed 1.5°C. This is why we must
reduce emissions by 40-50% by 2030. So far, the temperature has risen 0.8-1.2°C.
In addition, climate change is increasing the risk of forest fires, which are predicted
to increase by 30% by 2050 and by 50% by the end of the century due to the
climate crisis.
In addition, with overpopulation, resources could run out, giving way to a famine
unprecedented in the history of the planet. Pollution and habitat destruction have
led to the extinction of many plants and animals.
Specifically, we will talk about gas emissions to the atmosphere.
Air emissions are gaseous substances released into the atmosphere by
establishments and households as a result of production, consumption and
accumulation processes.
The accumulation of gases in the atmosphere generates environmental problems
with consequences such as acid rain, depletion of the ozone layer, global warming,
greenhouse effect, etc. This phenomenon is due to the properties of certain gases
(carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, ozone and chlorofluorocarbons) to trap
the sun's heat in the atmosphere, preventing it from returning to space after being
reflected by the Earth. This can cause cardiovascular problems, allergies, asthma
attacks, conjunctivitis, bronchial diseases, lung or skin cancer, vision problems,
blood problems in children's mental development, etc.
That is why we must preserve as much as we can our planet, in order to lead a life
without so many health problems caused by this type of phenomena, among
others.
