Q1: Are you happy with your job? Why? Tips to Succeed and Avoid Failure: Personal Experiences
and Insights

ANSWER: Yes! It gives me a sense of fulfillment in my chosen career. As a civil servant, I always
keep in my mind that a public office is a public trust. My employer is the tax-paying people of
Caraga. For the tips to succeed and avoid failure, I just follow the rules and regulations, read and
be open for new knowledge, I always pray and ask for the Almighty’s guidance that He may decide
and help me do my job correctly

Q2: Do you think and observe that loyalty is still very much TRUE in the workplace today? in your
organization/s? Why?

ANSWER: Yes! In my case as part of the government, my loyalty always lies with the government of
the Philippines and the people of Caraga. I always perform my task for the advantage of my
employer – the people.

Q3: How do you handle dissatisfied employees?(managers/supervisors)

ANSWER:
I always ask for my members ‘opinion now and then and make them part of the deciding party. I
don’t just go with my decision for I know that is not advisable.

Q4: Any final words for people who want to pursue the same career as you?
ANSWER:
If to be an accountant is your dream job, work hard to achieve it. Study and pray.
