General Objective

To develop an online billing and reservation system for viewleaf Resort.

Specific Objectives

 To gather information about the manual business process of Viewleaf Resort by interviewing the
owner and staffs.
 To solve their resort’s problems by creating a system that will help them in managing their
services to reduce the occurrence of their problem.
 To make payment and reservation more accessible by creating a platform online where the
customers may just fill up those necessary forms online.

Purpose of statement of study

This purpose of this project is to enhance the existing manual billing and reservation process of Viewleaf
resort into online and computerized.
