you happy

 name of site: online platform / domain / online retailer where I recently purchased a
fantastic item. The name of this site is amazon,com.
 characteristics of site: It has a user friendly layout and was developed with much
care. Easy to use for low tech people like myself.
 what I ordered: video game, make up, cosmetic, etc (anything you like to talk about)
 origin of website: this retailer was established in Singapore in 2008

 how did it make me feel: *please insert emotions* (it felt amazing, etc)
 describe the product (2-3 sentences)
o It was a well packed that contained my precious order which was a video
game / cosmetics set. I play this game to let off some steam after a long day at
school / I use them to do make up so I feel more confident in everyday life.
  why did I choose it?
 why buying online? (advantages, disadvantages)
 was I satisfied with the experience/order/purchase?: Absolutely! It over-exceeded
my expectations because of the rapid delivery to my doorstep. Without a doubt I am
going to leave a 5-star review for the manufacturer. I am going recommend this site
to my friends.

 would I order again?: If my finances allow me I would love to order additional

products from this source in the future. I would definetely recommend Amazon,com
for my close friends for the above mentioned reasons. Everything was in order.

Social media: FB, instagram, etc

Video sharing platform: youtube, vimeo

Although it is possible to learn a lot on these sites, I tend to visit them for entertainment
purposes.

They connect people who are far away from each other, but on the other hand they divide us /
create distance between us.

One can not avoid signing-in and using these sites for various reasons.

2) -Is using the Internet a social or solitary activity?

Well, although some sites are called “social media” we tend to engage in web surfing on our
own. Of course it can be done by many at the same time too (for instance as a group research).

3) -How has the Internet changed social behavior?

The World Wide Web made people become less social and genuine. We tend to keep distance
from each other and engage in less quality conversations. In fact, humans are are socially
awkward sometimes since they forgot how to interract with others.

4) Should companies check job applicants' online profiles?

Yes:

- yes, but it should not be a determining factor

- Face-to-face interviews are more important

No:

- online profiles don’t tell the truth/ true personality

5) -What will be the next big development online?

Well, I do not consider myself a web developer/ programmer and this is not my field of interest.
Also, it is rather hard to tell since trends evolve day by day. We can expect that the Internet will
become increasingly more prevalent / important / necessary in everyday life and possibly
everything will be automated in a few decades.
