Let’s get Started!

My Encounter with Arts WHY

1. Paintings -An art that has something that

interests you in person on one of a
million ways and leaves a great
impression.

2.Sculptures -Sculptures are designed to be

viewed in the round, allowing you to
shift your perspective as you interact
with them.

3. Photographs -Emotion is what helps a person

connect with a photograph, or any
work of art, if that emotion is present
in the person.
Let’s work on this!

1. If you were an artist, what kind of artist would you be?

Answer: If I were to become an artist, I would like to be a

photographer.
I am the type of person who loves to travel a lot. Every place that I go to has its own
beauty. I usually go to historic places within the Philippines and some parts in Asia
just like Singapore and Malaysia. I really hope that someday I would be able to travel
the rest of the world.
Every place that I have been to, will not only be stored on my heart and mind. I would
definitely take pictures along with me. Pictures are free and you do not need an
expensive camera just to take in pictures. It is my treasure and part of my collection.
2. Why art is not nature?

Answer: For me, Art is not nature because in many ways art is not natural it is an artificial construct
created by man. If art is nature then everything is nature. So it kind of makes the word nature
rebundant.

3. How good is it?

Answer: Very Good!, Because It can help to boost our concentration, reminisce about our past and
retain our memories. Making art relieves stress and anxiety. It provides new sensory experiences
and focuses our attention away from our daily worries. Making art can boost our self-esteem and
sense of accomplishment.

Reflection or Insights:

1. How art appreciation is important to our life?

Answer: Art can stimulate thought and reason. That is why it is known to have brought a
revolution in many cultures. It can stimulate ideas as it allows viewers to draw their own
emotions in their thoughts and pull from their personal experiences as they encounter them.

2. Why we should maintain art in our universe?

Answer: Art reflects cultural values, beliefs and identity and helps to preserve the many
different communities that make up our world. Art chronicles our own lives and experiences over
time. We need art to understand and to share our individual and shared history.
