SCIENCE EDUCATION INSTITUTE (SEI)


formulates plans and establishes programs and projects for
the promotion and development of science and technology

coordination with other institutions of learning
SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
INFORMATION INSTITUTE (STII)
takes the lead in information science and technology training.
It establishes and maintains a science and technology
databank and library, and disseminates science and

DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE
undertakes technical services such as, but not limited to,
standards, analytical and calibration services need by industry. It
is responsible for the transfer of research results directly to
