Greetings!

We the first year sudents of Central Bicol State University of Agriculture pursuing a Bachelor in
Science of Agriculture, respectfully request your good office’s permission to conduct a activity in your
barangay. This activity is a Survey with Local Commodities in which we will visit any farm in your
barangay to determine how many locally grown crops are present within your barangay and interview the
farmers about their crops to gain more knowledge and information also to discover the reason why farmers
prefer to grow such crops.

If given the chance to conduct the said activity, further favor is hereby requested in terms of basic
assistance from your office. First, to give us a list of local farmers. Second, an assistance to facilitate the
survey and anything else that you can do to expedite our task. Rest assured that the information given by the
farmers will remain confidential and will be used only in school activity purposes.
