    Group Activity

    1. Use PEST (political, economical, social, technological) framework to analyse the current state of
    digital economy development within the industry your group have chosen for the group
    assignment.

    2. Using SWOT analysis (strength, weaknesses, opportunity and threats), evaluate the competitive
    position of the company chosen for the group assignment.

    Note: If the group have not decided on a topic for their group assignment yet, the group can conduct
    a PEST and SWOT analysis on UTAR or any other company of choice for this tutorial discussion.
