Qualities that an Effective English macro skills Teacher should possess

In the English language, macro skills are most usually referred to as listening, speaking, reading, and
writing. Listening is a communication technique in which the listener is required to comprehend,
analyze, and assess what he or she hears.

Every Teacher wants to be a good and effective, when it comes to teaching, but what exactly are the
qualities that make a good teacher?

An excellent English teacher delivers helpful criticism to their students and assists them in learning from
it. Regular students’ feedback is also vital so that the teachers are aware of how students perceive
lessons and can ensure that they are satisfied. Even though each teacher has their own distinct
approach, there are certain criteria that an excellent English teacher should possess. Knowledge of the
subject, accessibility, the ability to form caring relationships with pupils, fairness, and respect, and
passion are all important personal attributes for English teachers. A qualified and strategic macro skill
trainer is essential.

Being competent means that the teacher has a thorough understanding of the subject matter, is
eloquent in any sense, particularly in communication, and is prepared to share his or her passion for
teaching. Strategic in the sense that he or she will devise a strategy or simply a technique for the
students to study, ensuring that the students' attention and interest are drawn to the issue of
macro skills, which is critical.

Furthermore, an excellent teacher must be able to explain concepts properly and totally. Should speak
clearly in class, pronounce words clearly, and be adept at listening to their pupils, as this is one of the
macro skills that they will also pass to their students. Finally, a good macro skills instructor must be
knowledgeable and experienced in the subject matter they will be teaching. Students learn more easily
and effectively when their teachers have these attributes.
