Statement of the Problem

The study aims to determine if there is a relationship between the

challenges encountered by parents and learners in the reopening of schools

for face-to-face classes.

Specifically, it seeks to answer the following questions.

1. What is the profile of the respondents?

1.1. What is the profile of the parents in terms of:

a. age;

b. sex;

c. educational attainment; and

d. occupation (mother & father)?

1.2. What is the profile of the learners in terms of:

a. age;

b. sex:

c. grade level?

2. What are the challenges encountered by the respondents in the

reopening of schools for face-to-face classes?

2.1. What are the challenges faced by parents?

a. mobility;

b. financial;

c. adjustment; and

d. health precautions

2.2. What are the challenges faced by learners?

a. mobility;
b. learning environment;

c. adjustment; and

d. health precautions

3. Is there a significant difference between the challenges encountered

with mobility, adjustment, and health precautions by parents and

learners in the reopening of schools for face-to-face classes?

4. Is there a significant relationship between the learners' and parents'

This questionnaire serves as a survey to determine the difficulties of
the parents whose children will to attend the re-opening of schools for face-to-
face classes.
