‘THE WARNING’

FADE IN:

EXT.WRITTERS STORE. MORNING.

Cole wakes and gets out of bed when he realizes there’s a picture on his nightstand of him
sleeping.

DISSOLVE TO:
INT. COLE’S BEDROOM. MORNING.

COLE

[Picks up the picture from his nightstand]

‘What the hell is this!’

[Looks around his bedroom confused]

[Gets out of his room as he tries to find his brother]

FADE IN:

EXT. IN COLE’S HALLWAY. MORNING.

‘Oscar this isn’t funny why are you taking pictures of me sleeping?

[Normal tone voice]

‘Oscar?’

[Looks in his brother’s room]

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. IN OSCARS ROOM. MORNING.

Cole
 [Finds an empty room]

‘That’s so strange’

[Looks confused at the picture]

[Split screen between the alternative world in Cole’s house where we see the serial killer and the
real world in Oscar’s house]

FADE IN:

EXT. Alternative world/The current world in Cole’s house. Morning.

[Split screen between the alternative world in Cole’s house where we see the serial killer and the
real world in Oscar’s house]

Cole
[Oscar holding the pictures in his brother’s room]

[Touches his arm as if the temperature has dropped]

DISSOLVE TO:

INT.COLE’S HOUSE. MORNING.

[Messages his brother]

Cole
‘Oscar what is wrong with you!’

Oscar
‘Huh? what are u on about?’

Cole
 ‘Did u try to play a prank on me today?’

Oscar
‘What are u on about I haven’t even been home today, I’ve slept round Max’s house last night as
we came back really late from football practice’

Cole
‘That’s so strange’

Oscar
‘What’s wrong anyway?’

Cole
‘You won’t believe this, but I woke up and noticed a picture on my table of me sleeping’

Oscar
‘What no you’re joking’

Cole
‘I thought this was a joke but the only person I thought that would do this would be you, as it
wasn’t you, I can’t think of anyone that would do this

Oscar
‘Why would I want to take pictures of you sleeping that’s just weird, anyway it was probably one
of your friends’

Cole
‘Yeah, you’re right’

[Walks to his dining room with the picture]

[Sits down and stares at the picture]

FADE IN:

EXT. COLES ROOM. MORNING

[Next day]
 [Coles alarm rings]

[Grabs his phone and turns it off]

Cole
[Yawns]

[Gets up and walks to the toilet]

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. Coles bathroom. Morning

[Cole brushes his teeth]

[Turns on the shower]

[Gets dressed]

[Leaves his house]

FADE IN:

EXT. Outside of Coles house. Morning.

[Walks to his car and gets in it]

[Split screen between the Alternative world where the serial killer takes a picture of Cole]

[Cole shivers]

[At the same time Cole rolls his window down when a picture flies onto the seat next to him]

Cole
[Look’s confused]

[Turns the picture around and see’s it’s a picture of him]

 [He stares at it shocked]

[Cole gets out of his car to look around]

[Cole doesn’t see anyone so he gets back in the car and drives off to work]

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. CAR PARK. MORNING

[Cole gets out of his car and goes to work]

FADE IN:

EXT. CAR PARK. AFTERNOON

[As Cole walks out of work, we get a split screen of the serial killer from the alternative world
taking picture of Cole walking out of work and placing it next to his car]

[The screen goes back to normal]

Cole
[Walks over to his car when he finds another picture]

‘What is going on’

[Looks around shocked]

[Quickly gets in the car and drives off]

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. OUTSIDE OF COLES HOUSE. AFTERNOON

[Cole quickly gets out of his car]

[Opens his front door]

FADE IN:

EXT. IN COLE’S HOUSE. AFTERNOON

 [Walks up the stairs]

[Enters his room and places all of the pictures on his desk]
[He carefully looks at all the pictures and notices that there’s numbers on them, but he isn’t sure
what they mean]

[Cole hides the pictures in his drawer]

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. WORLEBURY WOODS. NIGHT

[Cole walks with his friend Joe through the woods]

JOE
‘I’ll see you later’

COLE

‘Bye’

[Joe walks away]

[Split screen with the alternative world and the serial killer in it/Real world]

[Cole begins to feel weird and looks around]

[The serial Killer in the Alternative begins to disappear and begins to appear in the real world]

[Screen goes back to normal]

[Cole looks around and steps on a picture on the ground of himself]

[Cole turns around and sees a dark figure and decides to run]

[Cole is running out of the woods]

[Cole looks back]

 [He sees the black figure at the end of the path]

[Cole runs]

[Cole enters his house]

FADE IN:

EXT. COLES HOUSE. NIGHT

COLE

[Runs into his room and opens the drawer with all the picture]

[Places the pictures on the table]

[Circles all the numbers on the pictures]

[Writes it together on a piece of paper]

[Realise’s it makes a phone number]

[Dials the numbers on his phone and calls]

COLE
‘Hello’

ALTERNATIVE COLE
‘You’re in a massive danger’

COLE
‘Who is this and why do u sound like me?’

ALTERNATIVE COLE
 ‘Listen you need to get out of here’

COLE
‘Well, where I'm I meant to go?’

ALTERNATIVE COLE
[Screams]

‘No please!’

[Sound of a phone drop and end phone dial sound]

COLE

[Cole turns around and sees the serial killer]

[Killer standing there looking at Cole not saying anything]

‘Who are you?’

[Serial killer walks towards Cole]

[Cole walks backwards]

[Serial killer takes a knight out of his pocket]

COLE
‘No please!’

[Serial killer goes to stab Cole, but he misses]

[Cole runs out of his room]

[Serial killer grabs him and pushes him on the floor]

 [Cole gets stabbed 5 different times]

COLE
[Slowly closes his eyes and Speak's in a quiet voice]

‘Why would you do this’

[Serial killer pulls his hood down]

SERIAL KILLER COLE

‘There could only be one version of me’

DISSOLVE TO:
