Wilmont organization structure is the balanced matrix organization chart, and the reason is threefold.

Firstly, their main goals are retail and business operations and these are the routine workload of their
employees, so in order to be part of a project the matrix structure is suitable. In addition, the project is
complex, and due to the difficulty of the project, it can’t be a weak matrix structure with no responsible
person. Finally, based on the involved people in this project there are not enough human resources for
the strong matrix structure. All in all, it may seem that a balanced structure can be their best option and
the project manager can be Mary Pearson.
