Introduce the course by engaging students in a conversation
about their understanding of Work Immersion, and discussing the

b. Safety rules in the workplace
c. Rights and responsibilities in the workplace
d. Confidentiality in the workplace
e. Effective conflict resolution and teamwork skills.
