AFFIDAVIT OF ARREST

I, PO2 Arnel M Cauan, of legal age, bonafide member of the Philippine

National Police and presently assigned at Police Security Protection Group,
detailed at Presidential Prortection Unit, stationed at Malacañang Park, Manila,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and
state:

1. That, our Office received an information from Kagawad Bartolome P

Sandigan of Baranggay 349, Pandacan, Manila that there was a shooting
incident at an abandoned warehouse at Baranggay 349, PAndacan, Manila;

2. That, acting on the said information, our Chief, Presidential

Protection Unit directed us to respond/ proceed at the reported place of
incident to verify the veracity of the said information, and if affirmative, to
conduct an ocular investigation;

3. That upon arrival at the place of the incident, I was personally

informed by the witnesses that victim one Mario Deluga y De Leon II was in
need of medical attention due to sustained gunshot wound in his body; and
that, I was likewise informed that the suspect escaped after the incident with
the firearm used;

4. That, I immediately contacted the emergency number 117 for

medical assistance; that an ambulance immediately arrived at the said area
and attended to the wounded victim;

5. That, PO2 Jonel M Gazzingan immediately informed our

Office/unit concerning this incident
