From IS 3370 Part IV Table 9 and 10
H2 Max. -ve B.M. Co - eff. Max. +ve B.M. Co - eff. Hoof tension Co. eff.
Dt at 1H at 0.6H at 0.5H
4 - 0.0268 + 0.0077 + 0.429
5 - 0.0222 + 0.0059 + 0.477
4.765 - 0.0233 + 0.0063 + 0.4657
Hence safe
Vertical Reinforcement
Max +ve B.M. Ast = (2.95 x 10^6)/(130 x 0.86 x 149) = 652.52 mm2
Max -ve B.M. Ast = (2.95 x 10^6)/(130 x 0.86 x 149) = 652.52 mm2

3.1 Assumptions & Details:
According to IS 3370 - ( Part 2 ) : 2009 - Clause 5.3 If the tank is supported on walls or other similar supports,
the floor slab shall be designed for bending moments due to water load and self weight

4.1 Assumptions:
Width: 200mm
Depth: 350mm
Allowable shear stress = 0.54 N/mm2 (As per IS 456: 2000 Table 23)
5.1 Assumptions:
Width: 500mm
Depth: 1000mm
Allowable shear stress = 0.28 N/mm2 (As per IS 456: 2000 Table 23
Asv = (
