PROGRESS REPORT

1. Reference - Shooting Incident dated September,15,2019

2. That on 15 September 2019, Investigation team this office and SOCO team from
PRO 3 conducted SOCO investigation to the aforesaid incident.
3. the victim sustained 3 gun shot wound one on the head and two on the body near
the heart. Three empty shell of 45 caliber pistol were recovered and now under
ballistic examination. Follow and back tracking investigation were taken
4.on the 17 day of September 2019,Mario Flores surrender to this office and
admitted that he is the gun man who killed Rudy Lacson St,
5. He claimed that it is old grudge. The victim raped her girl friend long time ago and
took to revenge for her love one. He claimed that his companion knows nothing and
surprised when I killed Rudy lacson SR
6. Confession were taken from Mario Flores with the assistance of PAO lawyer Atty
Ramil Ramirez
