SUBJECT : Spot Report re suicide

DATE : December 15, 2023

1. Reference: Suicide Shooting Incident dated December 15, 2023.

2. This pertains the suicide shooting incident that transpired in Brgy. #13, Naglicuan,
Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte at around 3:23 in the afternoon of December 15, 2023 be
informed that the victim is Franz Hidalgo, 21 years old, single and a resident of Brgy.
#13, Naglicuan, Pasuquin Ilocos Norte commited suicide.
3. The body of the victim found by his younger brother Fred Hidalgo, lying bloodied on the
floor, the gun was in the near left hand, inside their stock room, the investigator found
that the victim have been suffered depression according the letter that they found in the
crime scene
4. Further examination showed that the victim sustained headshot wounds on his left temple
and appeared to have committed suicide
