 WHO WE ARE

Texol Lubritech FZC is part of Gandhar Oil Refinery India Ltd. (GORIL)
TEXOL PLANT which is a 30 plus year-old group specialized in oil and petroleum
products. The group has a turnover of USD 650 million and a staff
strength of over 500 employees. GORIL has two manufacturing plants
located at Taloja, Maharashtra & Silvassa (Union Territory) bordering the
state of Gujarat in India.

Texol is the group’s third plant founded in 2017 in UAE and operates a
hybrid lube blending plant with an annual capacity of 200,000 MT.

Texol’s product range includes high-performance Transformer Oils,

White Oils, Heavy & Light Liquid Paraffin, Petroleum Jelly, Industrial &
Automotive Lubricants, and Greases.

Texol markets its products globally through a network of authorized

distributors in each country.

• State of the art blending facility in Sharjah, UAE.

• Built in an area of 32,500 sqm.

• Capacity of 200,000 metric ton (58 million US gallons).

• Drum filling, pail filling, small packs and bulk filling.

• Various blending kettles.

• Processing plant for transformer oil.

• Automated by Allen Bradley Rockwell, USA.

• Flow meters are supplied by Emerson, USA.

• Founder-promoter and the visionary behind the Gandhar group.
• Gandhar Oil Refinery India Limited is the flagship company of the group and his entrepreneurial vision.
• Started his career as a small trader in the oil industry about 45 years ago and gradually started his own
venture by setting up a proprietary firm.

SIMON PHILIP - Vice Chairman & CEO

• A lubricants professional.
• In the past 30 years, he has been heading one of the leading lubricants company in the UAE and
grown the company from AED 17 million to AED 800 million turnover.

M3275, ESMA and Super brands. Management System of Texol is GMP and Halal Certified.
The approval process is being continued.
Currently, we are in the process of obtaining ISO 17025 for our lab and various other OEM approvals.

TEXOL TRANSFORMER OILS

Texol Transformer Oils are manufactured from carefully selected New Generation
Right Base Oil with emphasis on product purity at every stage of refining.

They pass through 3 stages of purification.

They are manufactured to meet the following specifications:

• IEC 296
• IEC 60296

Application: They have excellent cooling efficiency, long life,

better insulation properties, reduced corrosive Sulphur and
aromatic contents, can withstand extreme climatic conditions.

Texol Petroleum Jelly are manufactured from blends of specifically selected

waxes and purified oils, resulting in a highly pure product with excellent
emollient properties.

Widely used as base for ointments, salves, veterinary and cosmetic

applications.
