PROBLEM STATEMENT:

a. Verification of basic laws in series Ac circuit.

OBJECTIVE:
1.Verification of basic laws in series Ac circuit.
2. To get V rms values across resistor, inductor and capacitor.
INTRODUCTION:
The verification of basic laws in the series circuit by giving ac input to the Rlc circuit and
to get rms values across rlc circuit one by one and also examine and get these values by
theoretical formulas. And then application of kvl to the circuit having resistor, capacitor and
inductor. Kvl can be taken by theoretical formulas.
PROCEDURE:
First of all series rlc is made and the actual values of resistor, capacitor and inductor were
taken from rlc meter. Then 20kHz/10v(p-p) input is given to the circuit and then vrms, v(p-p)
and phase difference is taken between input and voltages across rlc one by one. The
verification of basic laws in the series circuit by giving ac input to the Rlc circuit and to get
rms values across rlc circuit one by one and also examine and get these values by theoretical
formulas. And then application of kvl to the circuit having resistor, capacitor and inductor.
Kvl can be taken by theoretical formulas.

input to the Rlc circuit and to get rms values across rlc circuit one by one and also
examine and get these values by theoretical formulas. And then application of kvl to the
circuit having resistor, capacitor and inductor. Kvl can be taken by theoretical formulas.
