Mission Statement:

Endangered Species International is strongly committed to reversing the trend of

human-induced species extinction, saving endangered animals, and preserving wild places!

Purpose:

Their mission is to reverse what humans are doing to animals due to things like plastic. They

also try to protect animals and stop habitat destruction. Its main theme is passion for nature,

respect for all life, optimism to solve the crisis of extinction of species, and progress at all

levels. Endangered Species International encourages people to help save animals before they

go extinct.
Part II

I chose this organization because I'm a huge animal lover. They focus on stopping the

trend of species going extinct, and we should contribute to this effort as well. Animals are a

wonderful gift from the world. We should stop harming them before we are left with only

their memories and remnants. This organization benefits my community because it works to

protect endangered animal and plant species. It informs people what they can do to help

prevent the extinction of this species. It also benefits my community because they work

toward the preservation of forests and rivers.

I envision myself being an active volunteer in this organization by working to inform

and educate others. As well as going out into the field and working to preserve and restore

forests and other natural resources. I would take initiative to also fulfill any role that might be

needed in this organization so we could work together and work more efficiently. I would

personally benefit from this organization as it would fulfill my desire to help the world

become a better place. I also think that being part of something bigger will help me socialize

and build my communication skills. Finally, I think this organization would help me become

a better global citizen by helping me grow as a person for the better.
