2. Given data of a helicopter: Pressure Altitude is 10000 ft, Temperature at 20 degrees
Fahrenheit, Take-Off Gross Weight at 1250 ft. Can the helicopter safely hover for 2 ft at
the given condition? Explain answer (10 points)
3. Using the graph below, determine the estimated take-off gross weight of the helicopter
when torque is at 85 percent, Skid height at 12.5 ft, and Pressure altitude of 5000 ft at
20 degrees Celsius. (10 points)
4. Given the data below: What is the TAS at a continuous torque setting at 2250 kg Take off
Gross Weight? Explain the importance of getting torque setting (10 points)
5. When approaching the helicopter, why is it prohibited in the back portion and not on
front portion? Explain answer (10 points)
