Cultivating Level 5 Leadership
Two types of People:

1) Can NEVER become Level 5: focused on:


• Fame, fortune, power, adulation
2) Have the “seed” Level 5 Leadership and can
be developed by the right mentoring
• Look for situations where extraordinary
results exist but where no individual steps
forth to claim excess credit.
