    1. What kind of connectives have you learned/ relearned from the video? There are 6
    different categories of connectives, namely the: order, evidence, cause and effect,
    compare, contrast and concluding connectives.

    2. Why are connectives important in persuasive writing? In persuasive text,


    connectives are valuable because they help the reader understand how ideas are
    related. Using connectives effectively allows the reader to navigate text which
    increases the chance that they will be persuaded.
