Weekly Home Learning Plan for Modular Distance Learning
Week 3, Quarter 4, March 21-25, 2022

● Lesson 2 – Different Forms of Society
● Lesson 3 – Interrelationship between Human Person and Society

Mode of Delivery:
 Distribute to the parents the module on the schedule day and dates.
 Parents will hand-in the output of the previous week to the adviser and will get another module for the next week.
 As needed send soft copy of modules and/or submit output to Google Classroom account/Facebook group chat provided by the teacher.

6:30- 7:00 Wake up, follow hygiene routines, eat breakfast and get ready for an awesome day!

7:00 - 7:30 Have a short exercise/meditation/bonding with family.


Day 1: Monday, March 21, 2022

10 minutes “What I Know” Answer activity - Think and Share: “No man is an island.”
Brief question and answer about traits and values.

Day 2: Tuesday, March 22, 2022


30 minutes plus “What’s In”, “What’s New” Review about intersubjectivity and the human nature of seeking interpersonal
extension relationships.
Read and learn about identifying different forms of societies and comparing different
forms of societies and individualities.
Read and understand about how human relations are transformed by social systems.
Answer activity about describing oneself in relation to the social groups.
Understand about different forms of societies by answering the activity.
Describing small-scale to large-scale societies.
Crossword puzzle: definition of terms relating to social norms, roles, groups and systems.
Day 3: Wednesday, March 23, 2022

30 minutes plus “What Is It“ Reflection assignment about one’s relationship to our social groups.
extension “What’s More” Read and understand about different forms of societies.
Read and understand about the influences of society.
Answer activity about the differences of cultural practices in each society.
Answer activity about comparing and contrasting forms of society.
Reflection assignment on certain periods of your life.
Day 4: Thursday, March 24, 2022

30 minutes plus “What Have I Learned and Essay/reflection on seeing your future self and your contribution to society.
extension What Can I Do” Identifying societies through drawing and recreating certain symbols and icons of each
society.
Photo journal showing the influences in your life of certain groups.
Photo collage about the progress and development of society.
Interview activity of parents and relatives and people in neighborhood about beliefs, ideas
and views. Compare and contrast.
Day 5: Friday, March 25, 2022

8:00 - 11:30 DO NOT INCLUDE ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES. Review and check if all required tasks are done. Prepare for submission.
1:00 - 4:00 Parents/Learners meet to return all modules and answer sheets for the week and get new modules to be used for the
following week.
4:00 onwards Family Time

Note: Under the online learning mode/tasking, write the title of the module, the tasks (consider all parts) in paper/notebook. Take a picture and send to our official GC. Keep that notebook as your portfolio.
