Method
 Take 100 ml clean and dry beaker.
 Take 100 ml sample from finished product Tanks and leave the
sample for cooling down.
Testing
Frequency  Take the sample from each tank.

Equipment Used
 Bostwick consistometer

 Keep the consistometer on smooth surface and adjust the level.


 Pour the sample in the reservoir.
Testing Method  Open the shutter and let the product flow on graduated platform.
 Note the distance covered by the product in 30 seconds.

 Maximum acceptable consistency range of the Mango, Guava,


Acceptance Apricot and Tomato Paste, Pulp and Concentrate is 12 cm / 30
Criteria

 Beyond the range product will not be included in the production.
