A. Preparatory Activities
1. Prayer
The instructor will call someone to lead the prayer.
2. Greetings
The instructor will greet the respondents and will let them take their seats.
3. Attendance
The instructor will ask if the respondents are already complete.

Addition (usually signified by the plus symbol  + ) is one of the four


basic operations of arithmetic, the other three being subtraction, multiplication and division.[2] The
addition of two whole numbers results in the total amount or sum of those values combined.

Addition is bringing two or more numbers (or things) together to make a new total.

For example,

Subtraction (which is signified by the minus sign  − ) is one of the four arithmetic


operations along with addition, multiplication and division. Subtraction is an operation that represents
removal of objects from a collection.

Subtraction is simply taking one number away from another.

The instructor will show an equation using flash cards and will let the respondents answer
voluntarily.
