HRM782 Group Assignment #1 Peer Evaluation and Feedback

Instructions

1. Throughout Group Assignment #1. Consider the attendance and contributions of each group member (e.g., whether they were
helpful to team members, whether they participated in discussions, etc.).

2. If you feel that one of the team members contributed less than 100%. Use the table below to give the group member(s) a rating
according to the accompanied behavioral anchors. ONLY give one of the ratings below (i.e., don’t give a “95” or “87”). Your
participation score will consist of the average across all peer ratings in your group. If a team member gets less than 100%,
provide a rationale in the comments section.

3. If you feel that all team members contributed 100% to the assignment, then do nothing.

4. Submit your completed form to your professor individually through email after your submission of Deliverable #2 (due 11 March
at 1200 EST).

Note: Individual marks for the assignment are based on the group mark earned on the assignment adjusted by the average peer
evaluation mark. This means that a final average peer evaluation of 90% will pull that group member’s grade on the project below by
10%. An average peer evaluation of 100% will leave that group member’s grade the same as the grade on the group assignment.

Any average peer evaluation of less that 100% will lower the group member’s grade on the group assignment. So, if the group
member met the groups’ expectations overall, they should get 100% - don’t penalize unless necessary.

100% - Group member contributed well throughout the entire project and met expectations of group. She/he may have missed 1
meeting1 throughout the project, but had a good reason. Overall, met all expectations of the group project and the process
to get there( demonstrating behaviours such as sharing information and ideas, reading/researching information, meeting
commitments, responding/communicating in a timely way, encouraging others, helping others, collaborating well) .

95% - Group member contributed pretty well, but could have been slightly more on top of things and a little more contributive
throughout the project.

90% - Group member contributed, but missed several meetings and required “hand-holding” to get their work done. The work
that they handed needed significant editing/time by another group member.

70% - Group member rarely attended meetings, participated very little, didn’t meet the group’s expectations, and handed in very
poor quality work.

0% - Group member participated very little and did not hand in their portion of work.
