 What measure is being used in Biz Café to determine ranking placement? In Biz Café, there is a ‘Weighted Score’ column in the Results Tab.
The Weighted Score is determined as follows: Cumulative Net Income 40%, Customer Satisfaction 25%, Brand Awareness 25%, Cups Sold Per
Employee 10%
 Teams and individuals within teams can be assigned lower marks (at the discretion of the professor) if they are not demonstrating legitimate
effort throughout the competition.
 Conversely, teams and individuals within teams can be assigned higher marks if they are demonstrating strong effort and thought throughout
the competition
