ADMIN BRANCH
The Admin branch is responsible for the administrative and technical support in
the organization. In this branch, all the transactions like making important papers
like travel orders, changing of status of the personnel, termination and providing
the assignment of each personnel. The Admin branch helps the organization to
have a smooth day to day transactions or activity. Admin Branch plans for the
personnel policies and procedures for the smooth and efficient operation of the
office. They also keep records of all the personnel’s files.
BUDGET BRANCH
Budget Branch has the responsibility to handle the budgets and financial
transaction in the organization. Also, this branch is responsible for the
reimbursement of travel orders, and provides the Itinerary of the Travels. This
Branch is important in handling the transactions about the funds of the
organization, and also approved funds or budgets for every activities and
transactions of the PCG.
CAREER BRANCH
Career Branch is responsible in the re- assignment, also provides the preferred
unit assignment for each personnel. Also, it helps when it comes in correcting the
serial numbers, and provides information about the promotion. In Career Branch
is responsible for giving information about promotions and Long pay. They
provide the policies in terms of the promotion of Officer and Non- Officers
personnel. The branch conducts studies and prepares all the needed
requirements for the promotion of all the personnel.
STATISTICS SECTION
REENLISTMENT BRANCH
Re-enlistment Branch is responsible for all the transactions when personnel want
to be re- enlisted in the service. The branch also provides the information of the
steps on how to re-enlist. They implement all the rules and policies of
reenlistment.
Discipline Law Office is the one responsible for making sure that all the
employees or personnel is well- disciplined, and no administrative case. It is
responsible in making sure that all the personnel and employees are following
orders and rules of the organization. They are also the one that prepare the
recommendation for separation or punishment to Uniformed and Non- uniformed
Personnel
Explanation:
The DLO po ay ang responsible po na ipaimplement ang rules and order sa PCG,
sila yung responsible pag nagseseparate ng PCG personnel sa service, yung pag
nag AWOL sa service. Tsaka sila din yung naghahandle pag may administrative
case. Sila din yung naninigurado na sumusunod ang nga uniformed personnel at
non-uniformed personnel.
