Barangay Project Proposal

Project Title: Installation of Guard Rail

Prepared for: Opisina ng Barangay

Rationale: Safety and security among the people in the community is the top priority of
this proposal. Thus, would like to request the maintenance of the street light,also I
propose to install the guard rail in the curbada because of the letter C road many
motorist and other vehicle are accidentally crush in this road and some houses are
being damage that why I would like to propose the guard rail not for the safety of the
people also for the houses or store that stand in the side of the road.

Background: According to my experience many motorist are experience the accident in

the curbada road not because the road are curve it because of the children who play
close the road sometimes that is the reason of the accident in the road. In this reason I
propose the guard rail too warn the children or other people that the road are not place
for playing.

Objectives:
 To reduce the damage of cause by the accident.
 Safety of the children
 To warn the vehicle that are passing by

 Barangay fund for safety and security
 Municipal Mayor
  Municipal Engineer and Technician

Evaluation: The project shall be inspected by the municipal engineer and technician.
