SAUDI ARAMCO SPARE PARTS DATA PACKAGE (SPDP) CHECKLIST

1.0 Scope
This checklist describes the technical and catalog data comprising the Spare Parts Data Package
(SPDP) information that is to be provided by Suppliers of new equipment for Mechanical, Electrical
and Instruments discipline. SPDP Checklist tables are attached as Exhibit A –Mechanical, B-
Instrumentation, and C- Electrical.

2.0 General Information

2.1 A SPDP Checklist (Appendix D) in a table format illustrates the required document and technical data
for each type of main equipment and auxiliary.

2.2 When equipment is furnished as a packaged (skid-mounted) unit it includes several individual
equipment items or fully functional assemblies, subassemblies, auxiliary equipment, accessories and
systems. Technical and catalog data are required for each type/model/style/size of all the individual
equipment items, functional assemblies, subassemblies, auxiliary equipment, accessories and systems
furnished.

2.3 For equipment not otherwise classified on this SPDP checklist (Appendix D), the nearly similar
equipment, function and system must be used as a guiding principle in providing the technical and
catalog data.

2.4 Attachment to Appendix D is “Exhibit S” form SA7970, shall be accomplished by supplier to list all
recommended spare parts must include Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original
Component Manufacturer (OCM) unique part number, budgetary price, parts complete description,
material of construction, unit of measure and etc
