    said program aims to make educationaccessible to out-of- school youth and adults; Raise the level of
    literacy in the targetareas; and Improve the quality of life of individuals and families in remote
    andunder-served communities.

    mapping from your Barangay. This will help us to have a MasterList for those who are Out-of-School
    Youth and Adults. May we also requestassistance from your Barangay security officers that may
