Task instructions

This assessment will take place in a classroom. You are required to complete 9 questions in this worksheet related to
identifying work health and safety (WHS) hazards, assessing risk and following safety procedures in the workplace.

Conditions for assessment


This is an individual written task. You must not copy the work of others.
If you need extra time or a verbal assessment, talk to your trainer at least one week before to arrange this.
The trainer can help you understand a question but can give you no more support than this.
Give your completed work to the trainer. You will be assessed as satisfactory or not satisfactory. All the questions must
be answered to be assessed satisfactory.
You can appeal the assessment decision according to the RTO assessment policy and procedure.

- Incident should be reported to WHS regulator
