    Brief Narrative Report on the Learners condition:


     Paki-Kwento na lang po dito yung situation ng learner kung bakit siya classify as
    learner under disadvantage situation.
     Dahil confidential po ang mga situation ng bata general reasons nlng po ilagay
    kumbaga idea lang sa situation ng bata baka po kasi masarapan tayo sa
    pagnanarrate ay navviolate na po natin yung confidentiality ng bata. Thankyou
    Intervention and Recommendations:
     Dito niyo po sabihin ano yung intervention na ginawa niyo para sa bata

    Kung marami po kayong Learners under disadvantage situation idugtong niyo na lang po
    dito yung susunod na learner para isang file lang din po isesend natin. Pati po sa
    documentation pagsamasamahin niyo na lang po. Salamat.
