The track roller frame, equalizer bar, and minor bogies on D11T tractors have changed. The new track
roller frame, equalizer bar and minor bogies are camber-only. The new camber-only undercarriage will
perform better in both high and low abrasion applications. The new camber-only uses the same short
equalizer bar and straight minor bogies as the former straight frames, but has a new rear track roller frame.
The former track roller frame, equalizer bar, and minor bogies were either straight or toe-out/camber/yaw.
The toe-out/camber/yaw performed well in high abrasion applications. Straight undercarriage was offered
for low abrasion applications or forward only applications.
Prime Product Impact and Serial Number Breaks

Original D11N and D11R tractors with the following serial numbers 8ZR1-UP, 9TR1-201 and 9XR1-153
had straight track roller frames and equalizer bars. D11R tractors with serial numbers 7PZ1-UP, AAF1-
UP, 9TR202-UP and 9XR154-UP, and D11T tractors with serial numbers GEB1-565 and TPB1-181 were
built standard with toe-out/camber/yaw, with straight frame as an option after August 2003.
Camber-only frames are effective with GEB566 & TPB182, and are adaptable to all former D11N, D11R,
and D11T tractors.

Identification of Undercarriage Alignment – Rear Track Roller Frame
All D11R factory tractors built after 9TR202 and 9XR154 have toe-out/camber/yaw roller frames, until
August 2003, at which time straight frames became available.
If a tractor was built after August 2003 with the optional straight frames, the roller frames have an
identification hole in the side of the boss above the recoil.
No hole in toe/camber/yaw
No hole in straight frames before serial numbers listed above

Identification of Undercarriage Alignment – Minor Bogies
The minor bogie is made with three part numbers, two of the numbers are machined away, so the
remaining number describes the part.
The left minor bogie is the bottom part number.

The right minor bogie is the middle part number.
The straight minor bogie is the top part number.

The minor bogie part number is visible at the locations of the arrows.

Identification of Undercarriage Alignment – Equalizer Bar
Toe-out/camber/yaw roller tractors have longer Equalizer Bars.
The best way to identify the equalizer bar is use a tape measure and plumb-bobs to measure the distance
from the centerline of one pin to the centerline of the other pin.
