I wouldnt doubt my existence, plain and simple.

I am here in a physical body, and

I have having a thought and the ability to type these words, therefore I exist. I
have the ability to feel emotions, love others and be loved, therefore I exist.
Mind is the origin of short-term motivations, Body is the origin of mid-term,
motivations, and Spirit is the origin of long-term motivations.

Mind is where we look and enjoy the moment, the body is where we look and enjoy the
capabilities of our body, and the spirit is where we look back, and see how much
has changed.

The mind is controlled by what happened in the past, the body is controlled by what
happens in the present, and Spirit is controlled by what one wants to happen in the
future.
Life is simple and simply the reason why we are still gaining knowledge, learning
new things and passing it to others. One very good example of our existence is a
seed, when planted in the garden, it grows into step by step process to the
fulfillment of its reason for existing. We exist because we had our purpose in
life. Every one of us is expected to play a role in making other happy.

I strongly believe in the power of language. My choice of words is a reflection of

my mind; the power of the mind is the force behind speech that affects reality. We
can create a new language to establish a new mindset; we can also give up a
language to remove old thinking. For example, I have abandoned the language of
busyness because the word busy is shrouded in anxiety, stress and powerlessness
but it comforts with a false notion of social importance. Instead of responding to
the socially accepted and pervasive busy with how are you, it was deliberately
replaced with I am engaged on many occasions, Im pursuing my different
aspirations, etc. LOL.
