    to become a good worker you must have the Skills and characteristics of a good

    worker like ,Knowing the why, as well as the what, Professionalism honesty and
    integrity, Innovative ideas,
    Problem-solving abilities,
    Ambitious,Dependability, reliability, and responsibility,Conflict resolution,
    Positive attitude, Emotional intelligence ,Teamwork, Willingness to learn,
    Creativity and Generosity. since work immersion provides students �real workplace�
    experience, giving students a set of technical-vocational and livelihood skills
    that can help them make more informed career choices and improve their employment
    prospects , i will use my experiences throughout my junior high, I think those
    things that I have learned is a great help as I continue the journey of my success.
    In every journey that we take, there are advantages and disadvantages for us.
